Sketching nature in October

Here they are some recent sketches done on location. October has been warm and temperate, and also November seems to be the same. These are all from the surroundings of where I live:


A study of a tree, the way to render foliage with fineliner, and some zoom-in of the leaves and seeds (some sort of maple).

Cavallo / Horse digital painting

Ecco un lavoro fatto interamente in digitale, per impratichirsi un po' con photoshop. Non ho ancora capito come destreggiarsi con i pennelli, il tempo di esecuzione è abbastanza alto. Ringrazio il tipo che ha messo online questo .

Here is a work done entirely in digital, to learn this kind of medium. The time of execution is quite high, but the potential is also high. You have to understand and fasten the various features of a program like Photoshop. But also if you want to make practice, it's nice to go slow... you have to walk before you run... I think.. ;)
