Another sketch of Monte Albano. You can see a bit of Arno bank on the left and a man made building on the right. Colured pencil, about 20x15 cm.

Montalbano

Another sketch of the Monte Albano done with sepia, charcoaland sanguigne by cretacolor (two pages of a A4 sketbook). I tried to render near - medium - far distance with these colors, also dosing the pressure (july 2013).

(Originale in china circa 20x10)

Here is an illustration for a collection of poems by Franca Bellucci, my mother. The kite was suggested by her, while the hill is the familiar Montalbano ;). Some critique watching the picture now (couple of year later)... maybe I would work differently the clouds, and also the border of the Montalbano: it's to thick and defined. And also the hatching of the hill is too regular..

Cipressi

It's a tradition for me to enjoy the nature and the peace of this little hill. I can see the Montalbano in a relative isolation, enjoing also the shadow of the cypresses. In pencil reinforced with fineliner.
